Shipping & Returns


Typical processing includes packaging and shipping within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales and during holidays. We are unable to guarantee changes to orders once they have been placed but if you contact us at with as much detailed information about your issue as possible we will do our best to accommodate.


Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, to the address provided during checkout. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is in transit.


Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used products cannot be returned, however we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment, provided photographic proof of damage is submitted to within 7 days of delivery. 


Currently we are not offering international shipping outside of the US and Canada. If/when this policy changes we will update here.
